Are you a motivated self-starter with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills? We are looking for someone to join our Marketing & Business Development team for the summer of 2008.

What’s the challenge?

                  

As a member of the Marketing and Business Development team, you are primarily responsible for assisting the team with documentation and bid requirements. The successful candidate will be pursuing a Business, IT or Engineering Degree from an accredited university and is very comfortable with the Microsoft Office suite, especially Word and Excel. Previous experience in marketing or business development with good writing skills is an asset.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Understand products, features and service offerings
  • Update and reformat existing service documentation
  • Clean up and reformat documents on corporate website
  • Re-brand internal document templates used by all teams
  • Support any marketing/communications events and activities
  • Assist in compilation of bid documentation
  • Assist in organizing bid-related work
  • Perform market and demographic research on variety of jurisdictions as required
  • Obtain and share required information through effective communication with internal stakeholders
  • Assist with special projects as required
