Axia celebrates Nanton community with Food for #FibreTown family skate day.
Free event brings locals together in support of the Nanton Ministerial Foodbank
NANTON, AB (December 15, 2016) – Axia is hosting Food for #FibreTown family skate day on Saturday, December 17. Axia invites all members of the community to grab their skates and foodbank donations and head to the Tom Hornecker Recreation Centre in Nanton from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for skating, hot chocolate and treats.
“We want to celebrate the community of Nanton by joining forces with the town in support of the food bank,” explains Jillian Frechette, Director, Marketing and Communications, Axia. “We’re going to have the Fibre Car parked right out in front of the skating rink so everyone who attends the event can help fill it up with foodbank donations.”
During the event, Axia will donate $100 to the Nanton Ministerial Food Bank for every Axia subscription sold.
